At Allure Infinite Beauty our technicians’ time is valuable! We have the following policies in place to ensure our time is scheduled as efficiently as possible. By reserving time with us you are agreeing to these terms.


Early Cancel: We consider a reservation to be early canceled when you give at least 48-hours notice to cancel or reschedule your treatment.

Late Cancel: We consider a reservation to be late canceled when you give less than 48-hours notice to cancel or reschedule your treatment.

No-Show: When a client does not come in at the time of their scheduled reservation or is more than 10 minutes late without any attempt to communicate, the client is considered a no-show.

Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee is a $50 charge used to compensate our technicians for lost time.

Deposit or Reservation Hold: A deposit or reservation hold is a $35 charge used to reserve a space on our schedule.


Whether you are a new client (welcome!) or a current client trying a new type of service we want to ensure your commitment to your scheduled time. For all services valued over $50 there will be a $35 deposit to hold your reservation time. This deposit will be put toward your treatment or can be refunded if cancelled early. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will cover the cancellation fee.


You may also pre-pay for the treatment in full to hold your space if you would rather. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your account balance. The difference will need to be paid when you receive your treatment.


Any appointment 2 hours or $200 or more require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment.


Consultations are required prior to scheduling for any new skin care or permanent makeup service to ensure candidacy and appropriate scheduling.


Consultations are always free at Allure Infinite Beauty, however, if you are a new client then you will still need to make a $35 deposit to hold your space. This deposit will be put toward future treatments or can be refunded if we decide not to move forward. If the consultation is late cancelled or results in a no-show then the deposit will cover the cancellation fee and you will need to put down another deposit in order to reschedule.


Current clients do not need to put down a deposit for consultations, however, be aware that although they are free, consultations are still subject to the cancellation fee should you late cancel or no-show.


Groupons and similar prepaid deals are reserved for new clients or clients that have not been active for at least 12 months.


If you reserve a time and will be paying with a Groupon or similar, then in lieu of the $35 deposit we will need to redeem your voucher at the time of scheduling. In the event of a no-show or late cancel, you will lose your redeemed visit for that space. If you purchased an option that includes multiple visits, we will only use a single visit to cover that time.


If you will be more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled reservation, we cannot guarantee that we will have the time required to treat you. Please reach out if you are running late to see if we can accommodate you. If we need to reschedule your treatment, you may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.


We recommend planning to arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled treatment. This will give you a buffer should something unexpected happen on your way while also giving you extra time in case you need to fill out any paperwork prior to your treatment.


We ask for a minimum of 48-hours notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation so we have a chance to give that time to another client.


If a reservation is late cancelled/rescheduled or results in a no-show, then the client will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to compensate for the technicians’ time.


Clients that repeatedly late cancel or no-show may lose the privilege of a cancellation fee and be required to prepay for treatments in full prior to scheduling. In the event that a prepaid treatment results in a late cancellation or no-show, the client will lose the full cost of the treatment and will need to pay again in order to reschedule.


There will be no refunds for any unused pre-paid services. Credit may be transferred to account credit or to another client for use.

Payment Options

We accept Cash, Checks, and all major Credit Cards. We also accept: Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and CareCredit.


CareCredit may be used to pay for any services or retail. If used to pay for injections (Botox, Fillers, etc.) there will be a 5% processing charge.
