Massage is to work and act on the body with pressure commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, knees, or forearms. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body stress or pain. When used regularly massage is a useful treatment to heal many alignments. Massage can also be a wonderful treatment to pamper yourself!







50 Minutes: relaxes the entire body using long gliding strokes to lengthen tissue and promote circulation and blood/lymph flow.




30 Minutes: Developed over 5,000 years ago in traditional Chinese medicine; acupressure is the art of moving Chi, or “energy” through the meridians in the body. If the body has too much energy flow or not enough, through the use of fingers, I can adjust the chi flow throughout the body to encourage more balance. The benefits of acupressure include, the transportation of chi and blood, regulating Yin and Yang, and resisting pathogens.

45 Minutes: Using 5grams of pressure (that of a nickel), this form of therapy focuses on the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum to release tensions in the tissue that protect the brain and spinal cord. This helps headaches, tmj dysfunction, emotional trauma, behavioral disorders in children, and chronic pain.



30 Minutes: manipulates reflexes in the feet and hands that correspond to different organs and parts of the body. This can aid in balancing the body’s energies, improve nerve supply and rid the body of toxins in a non invasive way.

Hot stones can be used to balance energy in the body and detoxify organs but one of the most common uses for hot stones is to apply heat to tendons in order to relax the muscle belly without too much pressure. The heat also, stimulates, relaxes and helps with cramp management. The cold stones reduce inflammation, and tones muscle. Using hot and cold stones together strengthens the immune system, increases circulation and lymphatic flow.

Deep Tissue


50 Minutes: similar to swedish massage, however uses more pressure to penetrate deeper muscles and tendons to relieve chronic muscle tension.



50 Minutes:Uses specific technical strokes to a muscle in movement in order to release bound fascial/muscle tissue, therefore creating greater range or motion and function in the body. This can improve range of motion, joint functionality, increase performance and eliminate or improve musculoskeletal disorders
